This mix is a blend of wildflowers (80%) and carefully selected low maintenance grasses (20%) which are tolerant to drought and windy conditions. The wildflowers in this mix are generally short and the grasses are very slow growing so this keeps maintenance to a minimum and will give a beautiful and colourful display that will attract many insects.  The characteristics of the flowers and grasses in this blend make it an excellent option for creating green roofs. Over 75% of the plants in this mix are listed on the RHS "Perfect for Pollinators" list*. This mix will produce flowers from May to October with varying heights from 15cm to 60cm.  Sowing rate 3g/m2. 80% wildflowers 20% grasses mix. Prices include VAT.

For orders over 1kg  Please contact us to discuss your needs - 01786 834422.

*RHS Perfect for Pollinators. The RHS Perfect for Pollinators mark is only given to plants that support pollinating insects in gardens.  Bees, butterflies, moths, hoverflies and many others visit flowers to feed on nectar and pollen; while doing so they transfer pollen and increase seed set and fruit development.  Find out more at www.rhs.org.uk/plants
