This is a fast establishing mixture which is hard wearing and can cope with rough play such as football and rugby.  This mix is excellent for recreational parks and playgrounds as it can tolerate heavy footfall.  This mix contains dwarf rye grass which is the hardest wearing of all grass varieties.  Rye grass is quick to establish and has a long growing season.  Creeping red fescue has a shallow creeping root system that helps hold the top soil together, reducing the chance of damage.

• 70% Dwarf Perennial Rye Grass Blend
• 30% Strong Creeping Red Fescue 

Sowing Rates:

• Bare ground - 50g/m2
• Over sow - 25g/m2
