Winter brassicas help fill in the low grass availability during the winter months.  Kale is a good brassica crop for autumn/winter feeding, October through to February.  Kale can also be used for game cover.  It will provide good ground cover for holding, driving and feeding game birds.  Pheasants particularly like the combination of a good canopy and bare ground which allows easy movement in a relatively dry environment.  We can supply two different varieties:

Both varities are classed as high winter tolerance and are highly digestible.
