This mix provides quick renovation due to the fast growing nature of dwarf perennial rye grass.  The combination of dwarf perennial rye grass and smooth stalked meadow grass provides a dense turf that is hard wearing and repairs rapidly from divoting.  The fescues help knit the turf together and hold together the top soil.

Ingredients:

• 35% Strong Creeping Red Fescue
• 25% Dwarf Perennial Rye Grass
• 20% Smooth Stalked Meadow Grass
• 15% Chewings Fescue
• 5% Brown Top Bent

Sowing rates:

• Bare ground - 40g/m2
• Over sow - 20g/m2

Mowing Height: 12mm
