Stirling Castle

STIRLING CASTLE will remain productive over many years. The late heading varieties of Perennial Ryegrass upon which it is based, develop a dense ground cover and is extremely winter hardy. STIRLING CASTLE also contains half a Kilo of Smooth Stalked Meadowgrass. This high tillering species increases sward density. It is extremely persistent and winter hardy as it has a creeping growth habit which enables it to repopulate gaps in the pasture to prevent invasion of weed species. Also included are Fescues Timothy and a Kilo mixture of four White Clovers to Suit Cattle Sheep or mixed Grazing. Cocksfoot or Red Clover can be included at your own request. A great all round mixture that can produce a lot of meat or milk.
